Stored XSS in affected Octopus Server releases allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the help sidebar support link. The support-link customization path stores attacker-supplied link content that the sidebar later renders without reliably neutralizing script payloads. Exploitation requires authenticated customization access and a user to open the affected sidebar, exposing data and actions available to that browser session.
