Kernel warning via non-atomic conntrack statistics update

A concurrency flaw in Linux kernel 5.19 through 6.0.12 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through conntrack netlink requests. Failed extension validation in nf_conntrack_hash_check_insert() and __nf_conntrack_confirm() increments per-CPU statistics non-atomically while execution is preemptible. Low-privileged local access and a failing conntrack extension check are required; the published assessment limits direct impact to availability.
