Local kernel disclosure via unchecked RSS index

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 4.5 through 6.1-rc8 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system through RSS configuration. mvneta_config_rss accepts pp->indir[0] from the RSS indirection table, and mvneta_percpu_elect passes the unchecked value to cpu_online, reading beyond the CPU bitmap. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and a Marvell mvneta interface; the bounded effects are memory disclosure and a system crash.
