Unauthenticated server crash via pop-up request flooding

Uncontrolled resource consumption in CBM Control de Ciber 1.650 allows remote attackers to crash the server via crafted requests. The service handler creates a pop-up for each unauthenticated PNTMEDIDAS, PEDIR, HAYDISCOA, or SPOOLER message without limiting repeated submissions. Sending many requests simultaneously to one message handler exhausts server resources, collapses the service, and interrupts cybercafé management.
