Service interruption via devlink-region setup memory leak

A Linux kernel memory leak allows local users to interrupt service through failed SJA1105 devlink-region setup. sja1105_setup_devlink_regions() allocates priv->regions but fails to release it when dsa_devlink_region_create() returns an error. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and the affected SJA1105 DSA driver; repeated failures can exhaust kernel memory and disrupt availability.
