Local denial of service via unterminated quirks table

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to trigger a kernel oops on MT7621 systems. The mt7621 PCIe driver's mt7621_pcie_quirks_match soc_device_attribute array lacks the terminating sentinel required by soc_device_match(), so lookup runs past the table and faults. The crash path requires CONFIG_SOC_MT7621 and an MT7621 SoC registered as a device; the reported consequence is service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
