Kernel crash via overwritten BPF timer object

Memory corruption in Linux 5.15 through 5.15.25 and 5.16 through 5.16.11 allows local users to crash the kernel through BPF. copy_map_value sets only one of the spin-lock and timer offsets, so bpf_map_update_elem overwrites the embedded timer object while copying a crafted map value. The trigger requires local access to the bpf() syscall and a map value containing both a spin lock and timer; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
