Service interruption via CDC-NCM fragment offset overflow

Integer overflow in the Linux CDC-NCM driver allows local users to interrupt service by supplying malformed USB network data. In cdc_ncm_rx_fixup(), the sanity check adds an untrusted fragment length to its offset before validating the sum, allowing the addition to wrap and an invalid frame to evade rejection. The attack requires local access and control of a CDC-NCM device; NIST assesses the consequence as availability loss only.
