Local service hang via ib_srp workqueue deadlock

Deadlock in the ib_srp RDMA initiator in affected Linux kernels from 3.8 through 5.16.11 allows local users to hang kernel work processing. During srp_remove_one teardown, the driver flushes system_long_wq after synchronizing removal work, allowing the flush to enter a dependency cycle. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and the ib_srp driver; the resulting deadlock interrupts kernel availability.
