Kernel crash via out-of-range BPF type index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux BPF verifier in Linux 5.16.11 allows local users to crash the kernel via a crafted BPF program. The verifier uses the flagged reg->type value directly as an index into reg2btf_ids, allowing an index beyond the array and dereference of an invalid BTF pointer. Local low-privileged access and a BPF program reaching kfunc verification are required; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
