Service interruption via unlocked RNDIS response list

Race condition in the Linux kernel RNDIS gadget code allows local users to corrupt the response list and interrupt service. The rndis_add_response, rndis_free_response, and rndis_get_next_response paths modify the same list without a spinlock, so overlapping list_add operations corrupt its links. Triggering requires low-privileged local access and concurrent RNDIS response handling; the grounded consequence is availability loss.
