Service interruption via lost SMC close handshake

Connection leak in the Linux kernel allows local users to exhaust resources by repeatedly triggering failed SMC connection teardown. A race between smc_release and smc_connect_work lets tcp_abort discard a queued CLC CONFIRM while the socket transitions from SMC_INIT to SMC_ACTIVE. Without the token, the peer cannot send a passive close, so the connection remains allocated indefinitely; local low-privileged access and an SMC-capable configuration are required.
