Service interruption via DATA_FIN timeout shift overflow

Shift-out-of-bounds in Linux MPTCP timeout handling allows local users to interrupt service via repeated DATA_FIN retransmissions. The mptcp_set_datafin_timeout function shifts a 32-bit timeout value by an unchecked retransmission count, so a count of 32 produces an out-of-bounds shift. Low-privileged local access and an MPTCP connection with numerous DATA_FIN retransmissions are required; the resulting kernel fault affects availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
