Kernel panic via stale extent-buffer warning

Race condition in Linux btrfs 3.4 through 5.15.26 and 5.16 through 5.16.12 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning. The assert_eb_page_uptodate function warns whenever an extent-buffer page lacks Uptodate, even when a failed write has set PageError and invalidated a buffer already in use. Reaching the race requires local btrfs activity during writeback; the warning floods kernel logs and becomes a kernel panic when panic_on_warn is enabled.
