Filesystem-operation interruption via premature Btrfs relocation

Race condition in Linux kernel Btrfs allows local users to interrupt filesystem operations when relocation resumes during snapshot recovery. After a crash leaves a half-deleted snapshot with a drop_progress key, balance can start relocation before the cleaner finishes because the dead root is queued without blocking balance. Reaching the fault requires a pending balance, concurrent snapshot deletion, and a crash; the observed consequence is an extent-item lookup warning and failed filesystem work.
