Service interruption via unreleased PCI device references

Resource leak in the ixgbe driver in affected Linux 5.0 through 6.2-rc3 releases allows local users to interrupt service via PCI lookup. The ixgbe_get_first_secondary_devfn and ixgbe_x550em_a_has_mii functions retain references returned by pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot instead of releasing them with pci_dev_put. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an applicable ixgbe device; the public record does not identify the action that repeats the leak.
