Local service interruption via incomplete i915 engine cleanup

Incomplete cleanup in the i915 graphics driver in Linux kernel 5.6 through 6.1.6 allows local users to interrupt service via resource exhaustion. The engine-discovery failure path calls intel_engine_setup_common before setup but leaves common objects allocated when setup fails and engine->release remains NULL. Low-privilege local access and an active Intel i915 graphics path are required; repeated failures consume resources without exposing or modifying data.
