Service interruption via ICE GNSS allocation leak

Memory leak in the Linux kernel ICE GNSS TTY write path allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through repeated writes. ice_gnss_tty_write allocates cmd_buf, then returns without freeing it when the subsequent write_buf allocation fails. Reachability requires write access to an ICE GNSS TTY and memory pressure that makes the second allocation fail; repeated failures can interrupt service.
