Memory corruption via undersized PKEY statistics array

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel 5.17 through 6.1.6 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via an undersized IPoIB PKEY interface. The mlx5e IPoIB receive path indexes a child interface's channel_stats array with the parent's receive-channel index after netlink accepts a smaller child queue count. Creating the interface requires local CAP_NET_ADMIN-equivalent access and Mellanox IPoIB hardware; later receive processing can corrupt memory or crash the kernel.
