System crash via shutdown use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel hci_qca driver allows local users to crash Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth systems during reboot. qca_serdev_shutdown sends EDL_SOC_RESET and flushes a serial TTY even when the HCI device was never opened or is powered off, dereferencing freed state. The path requires the Qualcomm hci_qca serdev configuration and an unopened or powered-off HCI device; the resulting kernel fault interrupts orderly reboot.
