Kernel oops via freed completion descriptor access

Use-after-free in the IDXD DMA driver in Linux 5.19 through 6.1.7 allows local users to trigger a kernel oops during driver unload. The unload path frees pending descriptors in idxd_wq_free_resources before idxd_flush_pending_descs can read them or the device can write completions. Reachability requires an IDXD work queue with pending descriptors during driver unload; panic-on-oops settings determine whether the host reboots.
