Local kernel-memory disclosure via uninitialized SCTP diagnostics

Information disclosure in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to read four uninitialized bytes via SCTP diagnostics. inet_sctp_diag_fill() leaves idiag_expires and related inet_diag response fields uninitialized before Netlink copies the response to userspace. A local account able to query the SCTP socket diagnostic Netlink interface is required, and the reported disclosure is limited to four bytes.
