Unspecified impact via freed MDIO bus name

Use-after-free in Linux 5.16 allows local users to trigger unspecified impact during ARC EMAC MDIO bus registration failure. In arc_mdio_probe(), an error path frees an allocated mdiobus object and then passes bus->name from that freed object to dev_err_probe() for formatting. Reachability requires the ARC EMAC driver and a failed MDIO bus registration; the directly established consequence is an invalid read of freed kernel memory during error reporting.
