Kernel warning via duplicate tracepoint unregistration

Improper tracepoint teardown in Linux 5.16 through 5.16.14 allows local users with tracing control to trigger a kernel warning. The osnoise_workload_stop path unregisters tracepoint callbacks after tracing was already disabled because it does not check trace_osnoise_callback_enabled before deactivation. Reachability requires write access to tracefs controls; the published reproducer demonstrates a warning rather than a crash or code execution.
