System hang via ice auxiliary-device lock inversion

Deadlock in the Linux kernel ice driver 5.15.24 through 5.15.29 and 5.16.10 through 5.16.15 allows local users to hang the system. Concurrent ice_plug_aux_dev and ice_unplug_aux_dev paths acquire the auxiliary-device and RTNL locks in opposite orders during rapid LAG changes. The trigger requires authority to reconfigure an Intel ice interface for link aggregation, and the resulting circular wait blocks further progress.
