Kernel crash via null transmit-ring dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the ice driver in Linux kernel 5.16 allows local users to crash the system during transmit-statistics updates. The ice_update_vsi_tx_ring_stats function validates a transmit-ring pointer before reading counters but later dereferences the same null pointer while adding those counters to VSI statistics. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an active ice driver for Intel E800-series hardware; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
