Arbitrary file write via MKP path traversal

Path traversal in Checkmk 2.0.0 through 2.0.0p32 and 2.1.0 through 2.1.0p18 allows remote authenticated users to write files. The MKP storage path accepts ../ sequences in an uploaded package name or version and creates the file outside the intended directory. Administrative access and user interaction are required; the result is attacker-directed file creation with limited integrity and availability effects.
