Out-of-bounds access via wrapped RNDIS offset

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel RNDIS gadget handler allows local users to trigger out-of-bounds memory access via a crafted SET request. rndis_set_response adds eight to the untrusted 32-bit InformationBufferOffset before its bounds check, allowing a near-maximum value to wrap and reach pointer arithmetic. Low-privileged local access is required; successful exploitation corrupts or discloses kernel memory and interrupts the system.
