Kernel crash via NULL cleanup callback

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel myrs SCSI driver from 4.20 allows local users to crash the kernel during controller initialization. During myrs_detect(), a nonzero hardware-initialization failure leaves cs->disable_intr unset, but myrs_cleanup() calls it unconditionally. The failure path requires a myrs-managed SCSI controller initialization error and causes a kernel crash without reported data disclosure or modification.
