Local service interruption via inconsistent TCP zero-copy accounting

TCP accounting flaw in Linux 5.16 through 5.16.9 allows local users to interrupt service via mixed zero-copy socket sends. The sendpage path fails to downgrade a pure zero-copy skb when it gains pipe-backed data, leaving sk_forward_alloc out of sync. A low-privileged local process must mix splice or sendpage with MSG_ZEROCOPY on one TCP socket; the documented result is a kernel warning and availability loss.
