Kernel panic via still-registered MDIO bus release

Denial of service in the Linux kernel bcm_sf2 driver allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during system shutdown. The driver allocates its slave MDIO bus with devres but unregisters it manually, so device teardown frees a still-registered bus through devm_mdiobus_free(). Reachability requires an SF2 switch whose DSA master bus invokes remove during shutdown, and the resulting panic interrupts the host.
