Kernel panic via still-registered MDIO bus free

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's lantiq_gswip DSA driver allows local users to panic the kernel during system shutdown. The driver allocates an MDIO bus through devres but registers it outside devres, so teardown can free the bus while it remains registered. The path requires a GSWIP switch linked to a DSA master whose bus removes drivers during shutdown, interrupting the host as it powers down.
