Kernel crash via mismatched notifier structure handling

Stack out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system by unregistering an Intel ICE LAG network device. The ICE notifier routes NETDEV_UNREGISTER through a NETDEV_BONDING_INFO handler, which interprets netdev_notifier_info as the wrong structure and reads beyond its stack bounds. Triggering the fault requires local low privileges and an Intel ICE link-aggregation configuration; the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
