Kernel crash via unterminated clock divider table

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux TI J721E PHY driver allows local users to crash the kernel during PHY initialization. The clk_div_table array in phy-j721e-wiz.c lacks a zero-divisor sentinel, so _get_table_maxdiv walks past its end while finding the maximum divider. The path is limited to affected TI K3/J721E hardware and runs during deferred PCIe probe or PHY resume, where the invalid read can halt kernel operation.
