Local denial of service via unchecked path_event callback

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.11 through 5.15.23 and 5.16 through 5.16.9 allows local users to crash s390 systems via an FCES path event. In drivers/s390/cio/device.c, the common I/O handler dereferences the device driver and invokes path_event without verifying that both exist. Reachability requires local access to an s390 system and an FCES event for a channel device lacking an attached driver or callback; the resulting kernel panic interrupts the system.
