Service interruption via transmit-error skb leak

Memory leakage in the Linux kernel at86rf230 driver from 3.19 allows local users to exhaust memory through failed transmissions. In drivers/net/ieee802154/at86rf230.c, transmit-error paths wake the IEEE 802.15.4 queue without calling ieee802154_xmit_complete(), leaving the associated skb allocated. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an AT86RF230-family radio using the affected driver; repeated errors can consume kernel memory and interrupt service.
