Host crash via premature nested CR3 load

NULL pointer dereference in Linux KVM 5.13 through 5.15.24 and 5.16 through 5.16.10 allows local users to crash the host. svm_set_nested_state calls nested_svm_load_cr3 before nested NPT establishes guest-memory access and initializes walk_mmu, leaving a NULL callback for subsequent nested page-fault emulation. The path requires an AMD SVM nested guest restored by migration with nested paging enabled; exploitation interrupts the host but does not disclose or modify data.
