Kernel code execution via stale TMF task pointer

Use-after-free in the Linux pm8001 SCSI driver allows local users with device access to execute kernel code or crash the host. A TMF timeout frees sas_task in pm8001_exec_internal_tmf_task but leaves ccb->task pointing to it, so a later mpi_ssp_completion dereferences freed memory. Reachability requires local I/O access to storage backed by a pm8001 SAS controller and a task-management timeout; no victim interaction is required.
