Kernel crash via RCU-unsafe IPv6 address lookup

Improper locking in Linux kernel 5.13 through 5.15.24 and 5.16 through 5.16.10 allows local users to crash or stall the system. IPv6 multicast work calls the RCU-unsafe __ipv6_get_lladdr function after external interface locks were removed, permitting traversal of reclaimed address-list entries. Local low-privileged access and execution of the affected multicast path are required; the documented consequence is loss of system availability.
