Kernel panic via NULL skipped-partition name

NULL pointer dereference in the Qualcomm SMEM MTD partition parser in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel. parse_qcomsmem_part counts empty-name entries as returned partitions while skipping their initialization, leaving a NULL name slot that the cleanup path processes. Reaching the flaw requires a skipped SMEM partition entry; the resulting panic interrupts the host without reported data disclosure or modification.
