Local system crash via PTDMA cleanup misrouting

Resource leak in Linux kernel 5.15 before 5.15.25, 5.16 before 5.16.11, and 5.17-rc1 through 5.17-rc4 allows local users to crash the system. The pt_core_init() error path jumps to the wrong cleanup labels after command-queue or IRQ allocation failures, leaking allocated resources and freeing resources not yet acquired. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and an AMD PTDMA device entering one of these initialization failures; the bounded consequence is a system crash.
