Host service interruption via undisarmed LAPIC timer

KVM LAPIC timer handling in Linux allows local users to interrupt the host by rebooting a guest without TSC-deadline mode. The lapic_shutdown() path masks LVTT but leaves the preemption timer armed, so KVM_SET_LAPIC can restore inconsistent timer state. Exploitation requires control of such a KVM guest, and the documented result is a host-kernel warning with availability impact.
