Local system crash via clock-gated xHCI register access

Denial of service in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash an i.MX8QM system during suspend with remote wake enabled. In xhci_plat_suspend, xhci_disable_hub_port_wake accesses controller registers after runtime suspend has gated the parent device clock. The path requires an i.MX8QM platform, an xHCI platform controller with remote wake enabled, and a system-suspend request; the synchronous external abort crashes the kernel.
