Kernel crash via pre-check NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the MSM DSI PHY driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel through a NULL PHY input. msm_dsi_phy_enable derives the dev value from the phy parameter before performing the function's sanity check, dereferencing NULL before rejection. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an execution path that supplies a NULL PHY object to the driver routine.
