Local privilege escalation via post-release PHY reset

Use-after-free in Linux kernel phylib allows local users with CAP_NET_ADMIN to corrupt kernel memory during PHY detachment. In phy_detach(), put_device() can release the final phy_device reference before phy_device_reset() dereferences reset state in that freed object. Local users able to detach a PHY-backed interface can obtain kernel read, write, or control-flow primitives, or crash the host.
