Local service interruption via failed kobject cleanup

Memory leak in Linux kernel 5.16 through 5.16.4 allows local users to interrupt service through failed independent-access-range registration. disk_register_independent_access_ranges calls kobject_init_and_add, but an error path omits kobject_put and leaves the object's reference allocated. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a registration failure; published sources do not establish whether repeated failures are needed to exhaust memory.
