Kernel crash via released clcsock access

Race condition in Linux kernel 4.19.299, 5.1 through 5.15.18, 5.16 through 5.16.4, and 5.17-rc1 allows local users to crash the kernel. The net/smc/af_smc.c paths access smc->clcsock without holding clcsock_release_lock, allowing a concurrent release to leave a NULL or freed pointer. An unprivileged local account can race AF_SMC socket operations against close on a shared descriptor, producing an oops or panic; upstream analysis also identifies memory-corruption primitives.
