Service interruption via dropped-frame memory leak

Resource exhaustion in the Linux bridge VLAN ingress path allows remote attackers to interrupt service with crafted Ethernet frames. When __allowed_ingress rejects an untagged or priority-tagged frame after checking the PVID state, it returns false without freeing the associated skb. The reachable state requires per-VLAN state, disabled VLAN snooping and statistics, a forwarding port, and a PVID that is neither learning nor forwarding; repeated drops consume kernel memory.
