Local uninitialized-data disclosure via wrong page offset

Information disclosure in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to read uninitialized data through a block device. In block/bio.c, bio_truncate() zeroes a truncated read from an offset that omits the bio vector's page offset, leaving tail bytes uncleared. Exposure requires a corrupted or truncated filesystem and userspace reading the end of its block device, limiting the consequence to residual bytes returned by that read.
