Remote kernel panic via mlx5e cross-field copy

Improper buffer operations in Linux kernel 4.9 through 5.17-rc2 allow remote attackers to trigger a kernel panic via network packets. The mlx5e XDP transmit path copies an 18-byte inline Ethernet header into the two-byte inline_hdr.start field and across the adjacent WQE data segment, which FORTIFY_SOURCE treats as a field overflow. Reachability requires mlx5 hardware, an XDP program returning XDP_TX or XDP_REDIRECT, inline mode, FORTIFY_SOURCE, and panic_on_warn; the reported consequence is a host crash without confidentiality or integrity impact.
